1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to the official website, game and related services of EZ PZ: Byte Heroes. “We” means the operator providing the relevant service, as identified in the game’s publisher information, app store listing or transaction receipt. Please read these Terms before registering, downloading, paying for or using game services. Features requiring acceptance of these Terms will be provided after your acceptance. Merely viewing this page does not create a payment obligation or acceptance of additional obligations. If you do not agree, do not use features that require acceptance.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must meet applicable local and store age requirements and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Minors should review these Terms with a parent or guardian and obtain any legally required consent. Guardians should appropriately supervise play time and spending. Do not impersonate another person or bypass age restrictions. Mandatory local protections for minors apply.

3. Accounts and security

Where accounts are available, provide accurate and necessary information, keep your login credentials secure, and do not rent, sell or unlawfully transfer accounts. Report unauthorized use promptly through support channels published in the game or relevant store listing. Responsibility for account activity depends on actual fault and applicable law; use of your credentials does not automatically make you responsible for every loss.

4. License and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Rights in software, artwork, music, text and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unauthorized copying, distribution, sale or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Uses, interoperability research and other exceptions permitted by law remain unaffected.

5. Conduct and user content

Do not use the services for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, hate, or violations of privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not use cheats, bots, malware, exploit vulnerabilities for gain, or attack or disrupt servers. If content posting is available, you must hold the necessary rights. You grant only the non-exclusive rights needed to store, display, transmit and moderate that content, without transferring ownership. We may address unlawful or violating content in accordance with law and provide a reasonable opportunity to appeal.

6. Payments, virtual items and refunds

If paid features are offered, prices, currency, item details and any automatic renewal conditions must be clearly disclosed before purchase. No unauthorized charges are permitted. Virtual currency and items may be used only within the game as allowed by its rules and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law or expressly promised. Refunds, withdrawal rights and accidental purchases by minors are handled under applicable law, purchase-channel rules and terms disclosed at purchase. Statutory consumer rights are preserved; these Terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Unused paid entitlements will be addressed as required by law if the service ends or paid entitlements change materially to your disadvantage.

7. Updates and third-party services

We may update services for security, compatibility, balance or content. We will provide reasonable advance notice of materially adverse changes, except where urgent security action is needed. Third-party stores, login, payment services and external websites may have their own terms. Review those terms; using third-party services does not remove our legal responsibilities. Website materials do not guarantee availability in every region or on every device, or release dates for future features.

8. Privacy and personal data

The Privacy Policy linked on this page describes personal-data processing. We process personal data under applicable law. These Terms do not replace any separately required consent. You may request access, correction, deletion or other data rights under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Suspension, termination and appeals

You may stop using the services and, where accounts are offered, request account deletion under official instructions. Where there are reasonable grounds for serious violations or security risks, we may impose proportionate restrictions, suspension or termination. Where lawful and consistent with security investigations, we will explain the reasons and provide an appeal channel. Deletion or termination does not remove valid accrued refund claims or statutory rights. Personal-data retention follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Liability and statutory rights

We will provide services with reasonable skill and care, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will take reasonable steps to address problems. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence and non-waivable consumer remedies. Responsibility is determined by applicable law and the circumstances.

11. Changes and disputes

Material changes will be communicated through the website or services by reasonable means, with renewed consent where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued statutory rights. You may contact official support to resolve disputes or seek remedies before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or remove mandatory consumer protections where you live. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining lawful provisions. Language versions are intended to have the same meaning; differences will be interpreted under applicable law without a language-precedence rule reducing consumer rights.

For account, purchase, service or Terms questions, contact the relevant operator through developer support published in the game or its app store listing. Include a necessary description and order reference, but do not send passwords or complete payment credentials. For personal-data matters, use the contact channels published in the Privacy Policy.
